Victoria Distillers is a handcrafted spirits distillery on Seaport Place in Sidney, on the waterfront, best known for its award-winning Empress 1908 Indigo Gin. Producing gin and other spirits in copper pot stills for over a decade, it welcomes visitors to its retail store for complimentary tastings and purchases, open Wednesday through Sunday from 11am to 6pm. The colour-changing Empress 1908 gin has become its signature product.
